Instructions to use:

1. Add (200g) of premix to water (250ml) & half measure sour curd(150g) to form batter.
2. Set aside for 5 minutes.
3. Spread sufficient batter on hot pan on medium flame. Add 1 tbsp. oil to sides. Roast till golden brown. Serve hot.
